Team
A small team with a long memory for the young people we work with.
Who we are
Inspired with Noor is run by people who have spent years alongside young people making the move to independent life. We know the names, the setbacks and the wins, and we built these projects around what we’ve seen actually work.
Leadership
Founder & Director
Aicha founded Noor Homes in 2020 with a single house and, as CEO, has grown it into an Ofsted-approved provider of supported housing for young people. Inspired with Noor is her next step: giving young people the skills, confidence and community to build independent lives.
Director
Soufiane manages Inspired with Noor alongside Aicha, running its projects day to day. A business graduate, he also works as a Project Manager at Noor Homes Group Ltd, bringing hands-on delivery experience to Noor FC and Noor Workshops.
Coaches, facilitators and volunteers
Our sessions are led by trained Noor staff, qualified coaches and volunteers who give their time because they believe in what young people can do when someone backs them.
