Our track record

Built on Noor Homes since 2020.

Since 2020, Noor Homes has supported young people aged 16 and over across seven locations in England, with wraparound support that goes well beyond a room: life skills, emotional support, help into education and work, and a door that stays open after a young person moves on. That record is the foundation Inspired with Noor is built on.

How we measure outcomes

Five areas, checked twice.

We record where each young person is before support begins, and check in again around six months later. We measure progress in five areas:

Housing stability

Keeping a home and a tenancy.

Wellbeing

How young people feel, and how they cope.

Safety

Knowing the risks and who to turn to.

Hygiene & self-care

Looking after themselves and their home.

Personal growth

Confidence, skills and next steps.

Support given in kind

Much of what we do is made possible by people who give their time, skills, space and equipment. We record every contribution, and we’re grateful for each one.

Every year we publish our impact report and our community interest report to the CIC Regulator, so funders, partners and the public can see exactly what we’ve achieved.
